Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a prime location. Located in Old Town Scottsdale very close to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Walking distance to Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Restaurants, and amazing nightlife/entertainment. Townhome comes completely equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Wifi Hulu Tv full size washer dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. The community itself offers a large resort like pool.

Short New Years Stay
We stayed in this Townhouse over the New Years weekend. We picked this place because it had 2 Master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and King size bed. The townhouse was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay. I would add that the only negative was the coffee pot situation (one pot didn't work and the other was really slow). The location is ideal if you are looking to stay near Old Town Scottsdale. We walked just about everywhere and there is a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely consider this place again if we stay in the area.

Not the best area
We drove by the property the day before check-in and realized it isn't in the nicest area. It is close to Old Town but the apartment complex is a bit old & a little sketchy (there were barking dogs chained up outside some units). We decided not to stay and booked ourselves into a hotel. Tried to get partial refund from the property owner but was told no. Definitely do a drive by before booking & paying up front.
