Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR EXPERIENCE:

We strive to provide all our guests with a 5-star experience. To ensure your comfort, we supply a starter supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper upon check-in, so you can settle in without having to make a trip to the store. If your stay exceeds a few days, you`ll need to replenish these items. Thank you for your understanding.

3. BOOKING DETAILS:

When booking, please let us know the number of guests in your party, the number of vehicles you`ll have on-site, and the purpose of your visit. With this information, we can ensure the home is prepared for your group and provide all necessary supplies and linens. Feel free to reach out with any questions – we`re here to help!

4. HOUSE RULES:

We kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting loud parties or large gatherings during their stay. Please respect the neighborhood and its residents by keeping noise levels down, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
