不满意：清洁度
Filthy
When we walked in my shoes literally stuck to the floor, so i wet a toweling and wiped and oh my it was gross, so being new to the area looked for a target to get a cleaning mop and cleaner. Came back and scrubbed the floors. I can send you pictures if you need. Kitchen counter had something sticky on it and the bathroom well the corners need a good cleaning, hard to get clean in a dirty environment. I spoke with the owner he refunded us the cleaning fee and one night stay. We asked for at least cleaning fee and 2 nights stay. When I go on vacation I want to relax not clean up somebody else’s filth. The bedspread on the bed was also dirty on bottom and side, which was super uncomfortable. When I spoke with the owner he said well this is only happened a few other times….. I’m thinking what, that is not acceptable!!!!! The back yard was not user friendly. The grill was dirty, utinsles used but not cleaned, lawn furniture dirty, cushions torn etc.
I do not mind paying for a good clean place to stay but this was not at all worth what we paid for.
Spent all of our days at other friends houses, just slept there. Will not recommend this house to others who are going to AZ.
