Don’t bother with this place!
The place looks nice in the pics, but we found several things wrong that indicate maintenance is lacking. That aside, we had two major issues and the host handled both poorly. There was a strange noise in the bathroom sink. The noise was loud enough to require closing the door so I reached out to the POC on the listing. Someone took the time to reply to me to let me know they are not available after hours and directed me to reach out to the maintenance person on site. We were there several days and no one bothered to follow up re the noise - which came and went the entire stay (and by the way, I’m not renting the place to then handle your maintenance issues). In the same communication, the person referred me to review the house rules regarding noise levels and reminded me that there are noise monitors in the condo and cameras just outside the front door. I know we didn’t violate any rules and were in our respective rooms by 10pm, but when I pointed this out and asked the person to provide more info as to what rule we broke, the person just replied that it must’ve been a misunderstanding. WTH?! This place has breweries to either side and across the street so people outside were loud AND several were obviously tenants because they were the ones walking up and down the hallway laughing and speaking loudly so I didn’t like being accused of something we did not do.
