Too much communication and lack of follow up
The apartment complex is nice and overall the unit is nice but a few things were troublesome. We got SO many emails, to verify the booking we had to take a pic of our drivers license and myself. Then go through a laundry list of rules. Easy to tell it was a corporation not an individual. Even with multiple emails telling us all the rules and asking us to review documents online related to the rules we never got a access code to the actual unit so although we could get into Complex we stood outside the unit until access code was sent after we requested. We went to bed that night and didn't find out til the morning that the sink in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. I sent a message Monday morning and although I sent several messages nothing was every done. They would always reply that they apologized for the delay but no one ever fixed the problem. We checked out Thursday morning and still heard nothing. I got underneath the sink and discovered it didn't even have hookups so the sink was installed and had hoses coming down from it but they was nothing to connect to. Clearly the company knew this and was just stringing us along. It was disappointing.
