Simple apartment with great location to food/drinks

Came in for business trip with my partner and had a great stay at this property. Check in process was a little complicated but well communicated and documented through emails from property management. Great location to Culinary Dropout and downtown Tempe. Apartment was stocked with basics.

One and done

First and last time staying here. When we checked in, the couch was missing its cushions. The coffee pot was super small and the kitchen was not very stocked (1 wine glass, no storage bags or containers). No pool towels. 1 key fob made it difficult for the 4 of us. We had to always go together. Also, parking and getting in out of the unit was not convenient. S tree at somewhere else.
