Your perfect desert retreat awaits in this 5 bdrm new home nestled in the Estrella Foothills on a quiet street! Single level home with open concept floorplan that features stylish decor and comfortable furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar that opens to the spacious living area for family gatherings. Backyard Oasis with new pool, lawn turf, and views of the Arizona landscape. Home is close to some top hiking and mountain biking trails in the area for outdoor activities.

Built in 2020 this single level home has all of the features and amenities you need to enjoy the warm Arizona winters.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

Absolutely no smoking in the home. Any signs of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
