- NOTE: Your safety matters. Two exterior security cameras are located on the house, facing out toward the driveway. The cameras will be turned off and do not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: Keep an eye on your kids due to rattlesnakes and other dangerous animals
- NOTE: There will be no extra speakers or Boom Boxes permitted at the house at any time
- NOTE: There can be no more than 4 cars/vehicles (total) on the premises
- NOTE: House trailers or RV's are strictly prohibited unless they are the conveyance for the rental guests. Only one RV is allowed so long as it is the rental guests' conveyance
- NOTE: The maximum number of people at the house guests and visitors must not exceed 14
- NOTE: There is strictly no access to the rooftop
- NOTE: All group access to the back porch must cease after 10 pm. Individuals may smoke there and guests may use the hot tub but no music after 10 pm
