Wonderful Stay

Our family with adults and kids enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home in New River. The home is extremely clean, has a wonderful backyard with pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen and more. This was our second stay here which speaks to how much we enjoy it. The host is very responsive and extremely nice.

This is a beautiful home with incredible amenities. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The outside was very relaxing. Only thing missing is a railing to help with getting into the pool and the hot tub.

The home was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Owners were helpful when we needed help with internet and gas grill. Pool table was used daily as well as the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and paper products were provided. Wild burros were seen daily in the area. Beautiful sunsets oit front.

Family retreat

This is the second time here. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen. The large kitchen table allows us to all eat together and was good for board games. We had great communication with host. This beautiful home is perfect for our family to hang out together but enough space when people needed a little alone time.

The pictures of this property, as great as they look, don't do it justice. This house is a beauty. Decorated lovely with signs of inspiration and happiness throughout. Gives you that welcome home feeling. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the pool table. There is plenty of room to socialize and chill in and out the house. All of this was made better by and outstanding host. Thank You Kim. If I'm in Phoenix again, this is my choice.

Beautiful home and nice location

We loved this house! It was spacious and just the right size for our group of 8. The backyard was a little paradise with the relaxing fountains, fire pit and comfy chairs. Kim was a delight to work with.

Great Home with Piil

Beautiful home with four bedrooms, pool and very clean. Located on the north side of Phoenix in a nice neighborhood and close to hiking, 4-wheeler and bike recreational areas. This was a great choice for relaxing and active persuits.

We were very pleased with this VRBO as it felt like a home away from home.

Kim & Dennis have a really nice retreat in New River. Very close to so many things to do , Hunting, hiking, trail riding , fishing , swimming to name a few.The pool was perfectly heated even when it was cold out & our family really enjoyed the swimming even at night in the 50’s.. We celebrated my father in laws 80 th bday of the Thanksgiving holiday & locked away a memory of a lifetime.

Great place to stay!

We had an awesome time in Arizona staying at Kim’s place. Kim’s house had all of the things we would ever need and then some. The guest book was very informative and answered any lingering questions you may have. Anything that we came across that wasn’t in the book Kim was happy to answer quite speedily. We had some technology troubles but Kim was on top of it and had it fixed for us within the day.

Hidden Gem

This property is not justified by the photos. The home is fully equiped and well decorated. The back yard is a renters dream, large pool, large BBQ area , comfortable lawn furniture and upscale gas firepit and heaters. Owners were more than accomodating any of our wishes. Do not let the location deter you from renting this immaculate property Enjoyed our stay

Christmas in Phoenix

We had great stay at this property during Christmas 2022. The house is well equipped and this has one of the nicest yards we’ve ever rented. Dealing with the owners was great. The only downside is you need to drive to everything from the property which is in New River. On the map, it appeared closer to the outlet malls but it is not walkable to my knowledge. All in all it was great.

Fun & Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property in New River. The house was clean and spacious for 6 adults, furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking & eating meals. House had many basic starter amenities. Enjoyed several games of pool as well as the amazing outdoor space, utilizing the hot tub, pool and firepit/heaters. The pictures shown online are an exact depiction of the home. Set in a nice quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Excellent communication with owners with quick response time. Thanks you Kim & Dennis for sharing your wonderful home. We would definitely look into renting this property again if we get back to the Phoenix area. Many great memories made!

Beautiful get away

This property was perfect for a family of all ages. We traveled with our two littles, Grandma and Grandpa, and Auntie and Uncle. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own accommodations. The outdoor space provided a wonderful place to gather and hang out together. The property was clean and beautiful. Beautiful accommodations

This property was perfect! The inside was welcoming and well stocked. The outdoor area was perfect. The pool and spa were heated and though we didn’t use it, the outdoor kitchen was amazing. There were other families that rented VRBOs in the same area and this property was far superior than theirs. We were there for my nieces wedding. Kim was the perfect host responding to emails and text messages immediately! Will definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Gathering

We enjoyed the beautiful decor; the comfortable furnishings and all the outdoor activities in the backyard. The area was perfect for walking, biking and hiking; views were great!!! Our family made good use of the games provided; enough lspace for a group to play cards, games and trivia!! Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for family to contribute their skills with meals. We will consider this location on our next visit!!

Loved this house! Very clean & comfortable! Kitchen was very well stocked! Pool heater had went out just before we arrived but the homeowner had someone out early the next morning to fix it (we didn’t need it anyway this time of the year). Great communication & response time from the homeowner. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property with everything you need!

The house and property are very well maintained and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy for us to cook together as a family and grill outside. The large number of beach towels and pool toys were a nice bonus as well. We had a small issue with the pool but the owners were extremely responsive and acted as quickly as possible to fix the issue, couldn't have asked for more! I would highly recommend this property for families and larger friend groups. The house feels very spacious and is laid out perfectly so that everyone has their own area while still being all together in one place.

When we arrived, everything was just as it was pictured online. It is a beautiful and roomy home! The pool and spa are amazing. At night, the backyard/pool are all lit ...very pretty! The pool table was fun to use as well! It was very relaxing to hang out in the pool while listening to the water features. Very clean. Great neighborhood for walks/jogs in the morning. It is about 10 minutes from shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again! Very comfortable and felt like home! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Family Vacation

The Home was just perfect, it had everything you could ever need to stay a life time. The decor was super homey, the pool was so fun and heated to the perfect temperature with toys to keep kids entertained and floats for the adults. Amazing Family Getaway

We stayed in Kim’s rental for our Spring Break. We used to live in Anthem and were here visiting family and friends. We loved their home and will definitely be back. The home had everything that we could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable! It was such a fun and relaxing week!

We have stayed in probably a dozen VRBO properties including several in Phoenix area and this was by far the best experience. Everything was simply perfect. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle and the trails close by. The pool and hot tub and outdoor area were amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very well stocked home with great amenities. Excellent communication. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation! We hope to be back!
