The Beautiful Desert Villa is located in the gated community of Rosewood Golf Villas at Estrella Mnt Ranch, situated at the 10th green of the Jack Nicklaus Championship-Golf Club at Estrella. Amenities include access to 2 clubhouses with pools, fitness, restaurants and bars & 2 private lakes. This 3 bedroom/plus office/2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 6 with additional office w/queen pull out sofa for temporary guests. Main floor has a great room w/fully retractable glass sliding doors expanding the living space into the backyard. Fully Equipped Gourmet kitchen/dining room/bar & living area with modern gas fireplace. Main Floor Primary Suite & Full Bath. An additional upstairs family room accents 2 additional guest suites and 1 full bath. Bonus Upstairs Family Room. Beautiful Outdoor Patio Space with a 6 seat outdoor Hot Tub.
