The space
The first thing you’ll notice upon entering the house is the open-air concept that flows from room to room with high ceilings and tastefully curated artwork throughout. Throw a movie night with the family or just relax by the fire in the large, cozy living room furnished with a brand name sofa and recliners. Just off the living room are a game room with a billiards table and an elegant formal dining room for sit-down meals.
The massive chef’s kitchen boasts designer details and is customized for your culinary needs by offering a ton of counter space, a large prep island, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. All bedrooms are outfitted with high-end furnishings and feature a continuation of the stylish décor of the rest of the house. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi Whirlpool tub and a double vanity with spa-like finishes.
Other things to note
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for any behavior that is disruptive to the neighbors. No parties, events, loud noise, or large groups. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and anything that disrupts that peace with swiftly be brought to an end and incur additional fees.
POOL: There is NO POOL HEATER. There is, however, a solar heater that pumps the pool water through pipes that soak up the heat from the sun that helps take the edge off the cold water. As it works off of the heat of the sun, it is most helpful in the early and late summer and least helpful in the colder parts of the year. However, we keep it on anyway just to take the edge off of the cold. We hope the hot tub helps keep you warm in the colder months :)
