- Parking: Plenty of driveway parking and three spots in the garage
- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $225 - $275 (depending on season) per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days
- Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for an additional $75 per night
- The pool and spa are not fenced so please be mindful with children
- Television: The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs with YouTube TV and you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request at booking
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplace: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, rattlesnakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. Please stay aware of your surroundings, especially in outdoor areas. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets: Subject to approval before booking. $100 per pet fee and $300 pet deposit. Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
