Great location, room space is perfect, love the complementary breakfast and social time Tuesday and Wednesday. Had to extend my stay and Luz was able to get me same rate even though next couple of days showed to be more expensive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Luz at the front desk, who was absolutely fantastic! She was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Luz went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we checked in. Her genuine kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference in our experience. The entire stay was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in providing a memorable experience for their guests. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with exceptional service. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team—and especially Luz—for making our stay so special!

The cushions on our pull out were visibly dirty and I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t carry regular coffee creamer 1/2 n 1/2 of any kind! This was a first in all of my hotel experiences. Luce, the lady from the front desk went above and beyond for us and our family and I am so thankful!! She made this a five star experience!! Thank you again!

Room was clean and well stocked, enjoyed having a separate bedroom from the kitchen area since Debbie stays up late and I get up early so we did not keep each other awake. Free laundry room was nice, not used to that for sure, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. Staff is super nice and attentive to detail with check in, breakfast and room service. We will use Staybridge more now thanks to your awesome Chandler Arizona location .
