This place was awful. And yes, I brought these problems to the attention of the front desk.. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. FLOORS STAYED FILTHY NO BEDFING CHANGED, NO CLEAN TOWELS UNLESS I ASKED FOR THEM. First day I was just walking around the rooms putting my belongings away, sat for a moment looked at rhe bottom of my white socks THEY WERE BLACK. took my socks off n WALKED AROUND IN MY BARE FEET n my bare feet were black as the ace of spades. . 2nd they had sewer flies all over the place, in kitchen, dining, bedroom n bathroom. I killed about 10 everyday. 3rd, the fitted sheet was apparently not the right size, when sat or laid on the bed, the sheet popped off the edges . 4th, the toilet rocked when u sat down n got up. The seat was loose. 5th I had to tell them I needed clean towels after I was there 3 days n had to re use the same towels for 3 days . My stay was 10 days. 6th, I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get toliet paper. 7th, They never once came to change the bedding, give me fresh towels except I seen cleaning lady n told her I need fresh towels n thats all she replaced, had to do that two more times. The pool was ice cold n not heated. Would never stay at this place again or recommend this nasty place.

I arrived at the property after a long day of travel, and was underwhelmed at what I found. There were two different groups of teenagers in the parking lot loitering - I don’t know what they were doing and maybe it was harmless, but it didn’t feel right. When I got into the lobby, the woman working the front desk looked up my reservation and said it had been canceled two months ago. I told her I hadn’t canceled it, and I had not been told it was canceled. In fact, Expedia emailed me earlier in the day to see how check-in went. The front desk lady told me there was nothing she could do, that the property was full. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia but they told me they thought the hotel sold my room to a higher paying customer. They set me up at a different hotel but it was well after midnight and they couldn’t get me in anywhere that night, so my new hotel took me in starting the next day. I had to sleep in my rental car in the Studio 6 parking lot. The front desk lady said she’d talk to the manager the next day and that the manager would call me, but of course that did not happen. This was a nightmare, and no concern was shown by this property’s management. Avoid this hotel. It is run-down and the management have shady business practices.

When we first got in the room, the cleaning staff had just been through and whatever cleaner they used had a potent and lasting smell. We enjoyed the room layout. It was a true suite with a kitchen and dining area separated from the bedrooms with a door. The bathroom was newly remodeled and had a nice roomy shower. The beds were pretty good. Even though our stay was four nights, the maids never came to clean the room, empty the trash, or refresh the towels. On one hand, I was glad not to have cleaner smell again. On the other hand there were only three towels provided for four people, so they could have used some refreshing.

Rooms where horrible, gang members smoking weed and who knows what else in front of our room, people moving in shopping carts, place takes in homeless people with vouchers, found this all out after. Would never ever stay there again place was GROSS

There were cigarette butts on the TV and inside the door. There was a toothbrush and wrappers under the bathroom sink. The kid pool is filthy. The adult pool is not heated. No pool towels provided. Nothing but bars of soap in the room. No hair dryer. The bedding is so dry and scratchy- I bought a sheet set to use while there. The rooms are not sound proof at all. Traffic noise was horrendous even with ear plugs. The shower was the best part. Good water pressure and large. The elevator is sketchy af! Burnt out lights, filthy. There’s this clear goo on all the ledges- I think it’s for bugs but it ruined my swim suit and took two showers to get it off my skin. There was a flying grasshopper in my room. I will NOT stay there again.

Feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Rooms were clean, except for all the bugs. Free wifi "was down". It's okay for a budget night sleep, but I won't be going back.

Room was clean. There were no elevators to get to floors above. Also the was an ice bucket in room, but when i couldnt find ice machines, was told they didnt have any. When travelling, ice is a very important amen>tie to have. Lots of great dining options around, as well as convenience store ( circle k ) next door, walmart across the street, and they allow up to two pets.

Room felt neglected, they allow pets to stay there, so the soft unpaved areas had lots of poop, stay on the hard surface or keep an eye out. One towel, the shower leaked onto the floor. The remote was missing the battery cover. loose badly run cables running around the door became a trip hazard immediately as you walk into the room. People moving around in the shadows at night where sketchy. Staff was nice enough.

The suite had a stove top, microwave and refrigerator/freezer but there was no utensils, pans, dish towels papertowels. There was a whole in the closet wall. The toilet was also loose. And was hard to understand the people at the front desk. Also the tv wouldn't stay connected to the internet ,so had to get help. Had to ask twice for maintenance to come for that issues
