Centrally located in the active adult community of Sun City Grand (ALL GUESTS MUST BE 55 or OLDER). This freshly updated vacation rental gem is the perfect Arizona winter home! Guests will enjoy 2 bedrooms (KING & QUEEN MURPHY), 2 full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast nook, ALL brand new furnishings, contents, and decor, 2 car garage, large covered patio with dining table, lounge furniture, and firepit! Located in the heart of Sun City Grand, close to golf courses and the main community center.

This home feels like new with fresh paint throughout, new bathroom vanities, updated flooring, new light fixtures, and granite counter tops. The open floorplan makes nearly 1200sft feel MUCH larger and the extended covered patio creates additional outdoor living space. Located in the Willow Grove neighborhood guests will love the close proximity of the Granite Falls Golf courses and the Adobe Community Center with restaurants, pools, and fitness center!

Accidental Damage Insurance: A damage Insurance policy is automatically included on all reservations providing guests $1500 of coverage towards accidental damage. A $59 premium payment is included in the total price quoted at booking. If you prefer to purchase an ADI policy through VRBO, please notify the local manager within 24 hours of booking to have the insurance and the $59 premium removed from your reservation.

The house is beautifully decorated. I felt the cleaning wasn’t as good as it should have been. The pillows on the beds didn’t have pillow protectors. I feel they’re important when you have multiple people using these pillows.

The property was exactly what was advertised.

The property and location were great but for two individuals going to different activities at The Grand with one vehicle was difficult. The property needs to offer a golf cart with the rental.

Just like home.

This was a very nicely furnished home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Kitchen setup was great with a new gas grill and fire pit on the back patio. Association amenities were fantastic. Endless sidewalks for daily walks with georgeous views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for the holidays and spent most of our time at my parents home. It was very nice to have a clean comfortable place to come to rest. Would have loved to enjoy the outdoor space more. Master bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but very comfy. Loved being able to put our clothing in the walk in closet. Showers and bathrooms were perfect! Thank you!
