The master bedroom is set to please you, offering a plush king poster bed, 50' LCD TV and an extra large master bathroom with private toilet room. The two additional bedrooms have plush queen mattresses and shelved closets for your ultimate comfort. This home is equipped with cable television and has a 60' HDTV flat panel television in the living area. High speed wireless internet is provided free of charge and there is a work area for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a 2 car garage, laundry room, fenced private backyard with a pool, grassy area, and covered patio equipped with a gas grill. The park is literally outside your kitchen window.....home is open to a beautiful green area and park equipped with doggie parks, tennis courts, basket ball courts, playground, and walking trails. The house was perfect for our stay. Attractively decorated, clean and well organized, equipped with everything we needed. Located in a friendly quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a grocery store, Walgreens and a great coffee shop. Close to major freeways, with plenty of hiking, restaurant, and entertainment options. Kim was a joy with work with, very responsive to any questions we had. Plan on being back soon!!

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Great communication and with a quiet neighborhood. The youth enjoyed the tennis courts and basketball courts. They even took a 5 second dip in the pool. Would recommend! Too bad it's already booked for our trip there in March.

AZ family visit

Great property, just as listing shows. Excellent upkeep and plenty of room for the two of us and my elderly parents. Felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and ability to use the garage is a major plus for us. Also the park directory across the street was such a great plus, walked two miles everyday during our stay. I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed the stay. Thanks for sharing you space with us.

This house was amazing! Very very clean, beautifully decorated and great neighborhood. I would highly recommend renting this house again! We loved the pool too! Wonderful Family-Friendly Quiet Neighborhood

Our second time renting from this premier host — her properties are exceptionally clean. Location across from a park makes it feel like part of a neighborhood, with very nice walking paths. Beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. Large kitchen. Loved the numerous ports for charging devices. Very well designed small grass back yard and private pool. Nice, easy stay.
