Primary Bedroom(2nd Floor): King Bed with a Smart TV, fireplace, balcony, and an ensuite Primary Bathroom. The bathroom includes "his & hers" walk-in closets, 2 vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a stand-in shower.
2nd Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a Smart TV, closet, and an in-room vanity.
3rd Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a closet and an in-room vanity.
4th Bedroom(2nd Floor): Queen Bed with a closet and an in-room vanity.
5th Bedroom(1st Floor): Full Bed with a "his & hers" closets and an in-room vanity.

Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.

A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
