Great property and host!

The Hope Street Retreat was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and comfortable with tons of things to do. Seven of my family, friends and I spent a four day golf trip here and could not be happier. Great property and host.

Property was nice. Could use a few repairs but nothing that functionally affected our stay, mostly cosmetic. (Loose towel bars, patio ceiling damage, etc.) The owner was very responsive and accomodating when we called, even when it was our lack of knowledge!Appliances worked well and were clean. It can take a minute or so to get hot water to the kitchen and west bathroom. All was good once we knew this.Plenty of parking - we had several extended family members that live in the area over one evening, got 14 vehicles parked off the street.Pool and hot tub were pleasantOverall, it is a nice place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a private resort-like stay for friends

We had a group of 14. We loved the pool and outdoor space. The games room and movie room were a fun option. 7 bedrooms gave each couple a private room. The enormous kitchen was perfect for at home meals. The host was very responsive and we had no issues at all.Location is fine as long as you have a car. Mesa is quite sprawling so you need to drive or uber to get anywhere. This was fine for us as we all enjoyed our pool days at the house.Thanks for a great time Hope Street Retreat!

So spacious!

This property was perfect for our weekend away celebrating our bride to be. The heated pool, cabanas, and hot tub were a relaxing way to spend our time, or the game room and movie theater room! The beds and bathrooms were all very clean. Now trying to find excuses to book this location again in the future, would highly recommend!

A great time was had by all

My family and I had the best week ever at the Hope Street Retreat. The property and furnishings were just as pictured. Between the home movie theater, game room, and pool we had a blast. Didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 16 and this is the first rental property that had everything we needed to cook and enough dishes and glasses for all of us. Even the beds are comfortable. Many rentals have terrible mattresses, but not here. Great place for a large family or group.

Will definitely be returning!

This is a great home to allow for family togetherness and entertainment but affords enough space that you’re not all on top of each other. The back yard is like your very own oasis! Definitely recommend for large groups!

Amazing House - fully stocked!

We had a great stay at this house! Owner was awesome! He met us at the house and gave us a tour of the property and made it clear that if we needed anything he was available to us. Everything was very clean and comfortable. All the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room was really well stocked with all the essentials. I really hope that I will be able to stay there again in the future.

Great Home, Great Owner!

We had an amazing time in the Mesa area for a guys golf trip! The owners were very responsive to our service requested, and the home offered everything that we needed. The property was great for a large group/gathering! Lots to do and keep different personalities entertained. The property was clean and organized. The downside was multiple scorpions that were found. One of our guests was stung in the early morning hours in the forehead by a scorpion.

The houses space was great! The pool and orange trees were the best. Overall cleanliness was not great. One mattress in an upstairs room was not good. No dish cloths or wash cloths, we found that strange! We did totally enjoy our stay! Great response from the owner when we needed anything! (Early check in and a pack and play.)

Wonderful place for a large gathering of Family or Friends

4 generations of our family enjoyed this house immensely. The home was spacious, with large bedrooms and great community spaces. It was cool in January, so we used the game room, home theater, and card tables a lot. The house has some wear, but it can't be beaten for the price and space. The property manager checked in with us several times during our stay to see if we had any questions or needs. The seven orange trees in the yard were quite a hit. Our family is already talking about renting this house again.
