Convenient location

Getting out of car, the first thing we noticed was the weeds. House smelled clean until we noticed all our feet soles were black. Air ducts need cleaning. Our headboard had heavy dust. The ac did not work in the 2 bedrooms on the left and it was 100 degrees out. Beds were comfy and clean. Nice to have washer and dryer. Outside sitting area and pool was nice.

Great Location

Nice house with plenty of room for four adults. Back yard was nice with the pool and lounge area. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate to be able to use the yard. The best part is the location. Was within 10 to 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Mullett arena being only 10 minutes away was great. Nice golf courses with 10 minutes. Costco 15 minutes Old Scottsdale 10 minutes in an automomous vehicle. The neighborhood is a little older and not quite as nice as other spots but once you're in the house you'd never know. Communication with the host was excellent and quick. He suggested golf at Pagado and it was excellent.

First time booking via Vrbo! The open communication made resolving issues quick and efficient. The house was clean, organized, and cozy. Beds and pillows are super comfy! Will book again and highly recommend!!

We had an awesome time staying at this residence. We will definitely come again! Pool was wonderful, beds were super comfy, kitchen was awesome, backyard was great to play bagtoss or just sit and hang out. Plenty of spices in kitchen and toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was all provided. Along with dish detergent and laundry detergent. Everything you would ever need!! Mitch was just an email away and responded promptly. My husband was even impressed!!

Definitely not a “superb “ property!!

This property could be so much nicer. It was not the cleanest, zero landscaping, weeds all over. The light in one bedroom never did work. The seal around the front door was almost nonexistent. Fireplace is not user friendly. The pool is not what it looks like in the pictures. Very small. I would not recommend this property.

Good overall but could use a phone number for host instead of just email. Also the secondary bathroom shower didn’t work, head leaked all over. Also, I think renters should be able to adjust thermostat.

Great House!

This was a great place for our large group to stay. There was more than enough room and the pool was great. The location was perfect as well, everything was within 15 minutes drive. The only reason why I docked a star is because for the amount of people staying there wasn’t enough blankets and towels. We used the pull out couch and didn’t have anything to put on it and we had to get creative for some of the sleeping arrangements. We also needed to clean up a spilt mess and there wasn’t anything to clean it up with cleaning supplies, extra towels, broom etc. we worked it out though. Regardless our trip was great and I am happy with the place/experience.

Family gathering to celebrate son's graduation

The property was just as pictured. Very new and clean. Lots of space and had a great layout for family. The backyard and pool area were amazing and we spent lots of time there.
