Disappointed

This property is dated and needs to be upgraded, and deep cleaned. There were cockroaches that came in under the door and smelled like a sewer which at first I attributed to the ongoing construction outside but after contacting Kyle about it he said to pour boiling hot water down the tub and toilet to see if it helped. It did not we did it 10 times waiting for the kettle to boil and did both bathrooms and it was the same disgusting smell, which obviously wasn’t news to him. We tried to clean and vacuum but the vacuum didn’t work. He did offer to send a plumber out and replace the vacuum but we were only there for 4 nights and did not want to waste anymore time waiting for a plumber and did not feel comfortable leaving our stuff with a stranger. The condo was in a nice area with a lot close by, but the sewer smell was just disgusting.

Clean property, easy parking

Fine for what it was. Grocery store across the street was very convenient, and the parking is close to the front door. It's on the ground level and upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. The pipes are for some reason extremely loud so every time someone showered there was a loud screeching noise. Speaking of showering: hot water availability varied even between the two bathrooms. Furnishings and amenities are standard.

not gonna lie, the condominium complex is basically a large motel type building overlooking a massive parking lot with big flood lights that are on throughout the night, the glare through your curtains all night. the apartment is clean, but old and just not super cozy.
