The space
This vacation rental is truly one of a kind. When you walk in the front door you will enter into the spacious living room, perfect for entertaining. The living room was has a large sectional sofa and plenty of seating for large groups and a large smart TV. The formal dining has seating for 10. Staying for dinner? The generous and well equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. All bedrooms (per guests) have very comfortable queen size beds, one bedroom has a very comfortable full size bed.
Bedrooms one and two each have queen beds with smart TV's with attached en-suite bathrooms.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, smart TV's, with attached en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 5 has 1 queen bed with 2 automatic inflatable queen air mattresses in the closet that can be used throughout the house. Bedroom 6 has a full bed. Both Bedroom 5 and 6 share the 5th full bathroom with walk in shower.
The resort backyard is complete with a large swimming pool, built in BBQ gas grill, fireplace and 3 fully furnished patio areas. Enjoy a meal outside at the outdoor dining table while soaking in the magnificent 360 degree mountain views of Camelback, Piestawa and Mummy mountains. Stay here for a truly unforgettable experience!!!

When you arrive park your car in front of the house on the eastern most side of the property on the brown gravel drive. If there are more than 3 cars staying on property during your stay, please let us know so we can approve.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We can provide the following extra amenities at a fee to ensure your convenience and comfort:
* POOL HEAT - Set to approximately 80 degrees. $150 per day - PLEASE NOTE - we can only heat the pool for your entire stay, from day of check in through day prior to your checkout day. A separate payment request ($150 times the number of nights booked) will be sent to facilitate this. Notice and payment for the pool heat must be made one week prior to arrival date.
* Early Check-in & Check-out. (if available) $250 per check in or late check out. We charge this to be able to turn the space over in half the time with double the cleaning staff. The earliest check in for an added fee that we can accommodate is 2pm and the latest checkout for an additional added fee we can accommodate is 12pm.
* Air mattresses - 2 are provided complimentary in bedroom 5. Upon request, up to 2 more can be provided at $25 each per night.
* Highchair and Pack and Play provided upon request. $25 each

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by all our guests.
The house is in a residential neighborhood so we ask everyone to respect the neighbors' quiet enjoyment of their properties. Town noise ordinance levels are strictly enforced.
We want everyone to have a great stay, by respecting the property and the neighbors around the house your vacation will be more enjoyable.

- Occupancy is limited to 12 people, exceeding maximum occupancy
without prior approval will result in additional charges of
$250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without
refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable
