「I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly.」

「best experience」

「Room is clean and comfy!」

「We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!」

「I have stayed in roughly a dozen hotels in and around Exton, this is the best I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you have to book near here.」

「Very disappointed for what I paid. Rooms are not great. TV was smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. Tub did not drain so shower was annoying. Could hear traffic from highway. Hard to sleep. Room was drab. No breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly when we had a problem with the lock on our door.」

「The Fairfield Inn didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly, room was clean, bed comfy and free breakfast was perfect. The hotel is next to Cracker Barrel which was helpful to grab a meal.」

「一切都很满意，除了不提供一次性拖鞋」

「Great place to stay that represents strong value for your dollar. The food was limited but there’s option nearby but rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good spot for the area」
