「Made it halfway around the world with my reservation ready only to find a nice French couple had also rented the same unit. No notification, no warning. The owner apparently listed on several sites and doesn't check messages as often as perhaps she should. We used agoda to find a hotel nearby, which I recommend anyone considering this property also do. Save yourself the headache and scramble to find some other place at the last minute.」

「The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. "服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。"
