「The room was clean, had air conditioning, a large screen and glass door, refrigerator with cold water in it. It was well designed with features located in optimal locations. The attention to design extended to the grounds which had water features, including ponds and small swimming pool. It was located a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in terms of tours. The was a restaurant on the property and a person could pay for breakfast. I was puzzled they...

「先負評的是幫我們拿行李到房間的員工，在沒有樣級情況下，多次將我們的行李箱拉到翻側及撞到路過的地方。我們的行李只是20kg以下及行李箱的四個轆都能正常運作。這員工對待行李非常粗暴！另外，酒店前台員工會把信用卡號碼輸入到電腦中，令人感到不安！在餐廳用膳也不會這樣，這種記錄信用卡號碼是非常落後及不當。 Check in時前台員工說我第一張信用卡無效，我給她第二張也信用卡也說無效。在沒有嘗試使用其他信用卡機及詢問我有無其他付款方式前，直接叫我出去ATM提款。要我主動提出叫她用其他信用卡機再試，她一試便成功，最後只是說我的卡沒有問題。酒店有四個泳池，到酒店餐廳及泳池，playhouse 也很方便。自助早餐大部分食物放在有冷氣的地方，感覺衛生及食物選擇多。」

「十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。」

「No trip to Thailand would be complete without staying at this quaint and cosy lodging, tucked away in the southern coast. With free shuttle to a one-of-a-kind, off-the-beaten-track Bentao Beach with powdery sand and almost turquoise water, one will find the experience cathartic and therapeutic. 「The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.」

"This is our third time to Angsana. It is a nice place with nice pool and 1min walk to the beach. Nearby with small shopping area. Within resort area have free shuttle bus and ferry. "

"The hotel exterior well maintained but inside the villa rooms are dated with heavy wood that look worn. The sofa cushions are flimsy and slant from usage, there are no deck chairs on the balcony which is a shame (just a dining table and 4 seats), the bathroom in the master en-suite is exceptionally small plus the sinks are not well designed as there absolutely no place to put your amenities. Breakfast is decent with small selection. When comparing to other resorts, I found Movenpick not good for the value. "
