"When I communicated about my husband’s bday, they were gracious enough to prepare something for him. The airport pick up arrangement was ontime. The hotel itself seems well maintained besides the smell from the bathroom. It was clean, but somehow there’s a smell like stagnant water. We just stayed for 3nights 2days and were usually out most of the time. There’s no small gift shop for any personal emergency purchase. You have to walk to 7eleven for anything which is a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night. In addition, this is the very 1st hotel that I cannot cancel my breakfast prior to consuming it. We checkd in the evening, and tried to cancel it within 3 hours after realizing that the day trips are way too early and it will give us only 15mins to eat which is not worth it. They won’t allow my cancellation of breakfast request. This is very odd. I would appreciate it if they inform customers that breakfast cannot be cancelled once added during check-in. We didnt use amenities, but I’m not sure if I’m coming back. "

"Staff were attentive this time. I could check in early abd also got a better room when I asked. Good location and a nice garden with three pools. Breakfast was good and fresh baked bread every morning. Also got 20 % discount for meals at the hotel restaurant. "

"The resort is next to some nasty smelling rotting trash. You will have to plug your nose walking down to the breakfast area. The food was ok but the foul stenches around the property make it hard to enjoy food. The beach is disappointing. It’s a pond and no real beachfront. Also sketchy looking murky water. No waves. Nothing. The pool is nice but the tiles were dirty, missing in many spots and kids in the adult pool. Bandages floating everywhere too. Bed is like a rock. Uncomfortable. Worth the $80 tho. Private pool access is nice too. Don’t drink the water! Not even for brushing teeth! "

"The airport shuttle and transport were very convenient and nearby! Great place to stay if you have a late or early morning arrival and are waiting to check in to another hotel. "
