My husband and I had the best experience staying there from the US. The staff was amazing, room was very clean and bed was comfy, we stayed in the room that went out to the pool which was our favorite feature! The breakfast they had every morning was the most food and best options I have ever seen! I received 2 massages while I was there that was amazing! We had such a great experience that we are trying to plan our next trip already with our 3 boys!

Breakfast was lovely bit noisy during the day as part of the hotel was being refurbished lovey hotel fabulous staff beautiful rooms huge comfy bed only gripe is the huge step into and out of the pool from our pool access room bit of a struggle to get out and back into your room but apart from that yep lovely staff and lovely clean hotel

Great hotel

A great looking hotel with nice pools. The staff were lovely, our room had a comfortable bed and was really clean. Kata Walking Street Market and Kata Night Market are a few minutes away along with lots of other shops so you have access to everything you need. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are both 10 minutes walk away so you can take your pick.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good and better than most places we have been to in phuket. The pool area is quiet during the day, but busier at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for the price.

I liked the room facilities, very clean and spacious room. The price was amazing value for the high standard of the hotel. The only thing that frustrated me was the reception staff did not speak english and had to keep referring my query to one person on staff. Loved the pool and outdoor area and the breakfast, which was included in our package, was varied and yummy every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was central to the beaches and not far from other towns. I would stay here again.

It’s a pity I can’t remember certain staff names but over Xmas newyrs very welcoming ,polite and genuine.not our first Thai trip good spot central one road back from Kata rd same again to beach 10 mins by scooter to patong would stay here again pool entry room is nice .

This place was great and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Kata Beach. The only downside was that the wifi was brutal in the room almost unusable. It worked at the lobby and pool area fine though.

We had a short stay here of 4 nights after island hoping. On arrival this hotel tucked away off a very busy, hustle bustle road. So very convenient for shops, food, massage ...infact everything! The hotel is lovely, we was greeted and made to feel instantly welcome from the friendly staff. We had a pool access room and it was lovely. Very quiet , calm and relaxing. Beds very comfy,there was a fridge with water. The breakfast was great, plenty of options for all nationalities. They cook fresh omelette and eggs for you. My husband managed to rustle up a rough version of a english breakfast, while i was happy to have have toast , cereal and croissant. We found the whole experience in this hotel lovely. They have a beautiful resident cat in the reception too, and the staff love their cat , which was heart warming to see. This hotel couldnt be anymore central, but once you walk off the busy street into the hotel area , its very calm and quiet. And a big plus its flat , no big hills to climb. Which im glad i did my research as some hotels in this area , are up extremely STEEP HILLS...this one isnt .... Highly recommended

Excellent and relaxing

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Our room had everything we needed including complimentary bottled water every day. The breakfast was excellent each day, loads of variety and seemed to cater well of all tastes and expectations. The pool area was well maintained and there was never an issue with getting a sun bed at any time of the day. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Kata Beach and there are loads of bars and restaurants all close to the hotel. This holiday was exactly as we had hoped and would highly recommend the hotel.

We just came back from our holiday having spent 12 nights in this hotel. Hotel is located 500 metres away from Kata beach which is very much walkable however the hotel provides free shuttle bus twice a day. Location is very much in the centre of busy and crowded Kata town but as soon as you turn into the hotel grounds it feels tranquil and peaceful. Room was very spacious, breakfast excellent; there is something for everyone. There is a gym, kids playroom and spa in the hotel. Swimming pool area is very nice, clean with plenty of sun lounges available and with very few guests being around. Pool bar serves food and drinks with happy hour 17.00 - 19.00. The only negative for me ( but it is a personal preference) the water in the pool is really cold. For me the best part of this hotel is its staff: without them and their hard work none of the above would be possible. Yes, some may say that their English is not good enough but they are doing their best to please everyone. And everything is done with Thai warmth and smile. Remember, Thailand is their country so showing them respect and appreciation for what they do is all what they all need. There are so many positives about this hotel that little mistakes should be forgotten. Well done Aurico team, keep smiling :-)
