Very supportive staff and well located… out of the busy Phuket traffic and buzz, perfect for some good rest and visiting the Old Town, getting a boat ride to Koh Phi Phi and the nearby temple at Chai Thararam (walking distance)

Little flies everywhere. no fountain is not in function. All over water still around property. Attracts flies. Dirty water everywhere. Spray on body not enough for flies.

They stopped running fountains everywhere. Steady water attracts flies. I guess tgey dont want to waste electricity for pumps.. U cant walk after suntime without getting bie by flies. Spraying is not enough. Little bugs everywhere. U get bitten by flies constant. otherwise, okay.

good hotel but service could be much much better

This resort is great thing but some people who work there should get a another job. its seem that most of the people in the restaurant or in the shop have more interest to be on their smartphone then service the guest. for ex the girl who was working in the shop, didin´t say good morning and coldn´t even lay the phone down when I was talking to here, she couldn´t understand when I asked for receipt and just said no. other thing that cleaning staff and maintance was always leaving the door to the lift open for everybody to to come in the building, even though it says on the door to keep door closed. also on the upper swimming pool where a lot of trash, like cigarettes in ashtray from the night before and other stuff and if kid would be playing there they could have eating it, nobody came all days when I layed there to ask if I wanted something to eat or drink I had to go down my self to order the drinks the gym is nice but no water no towel or anything like that rooms are nice but tv is horrible, almost no english speaking channels and even they have a smart tv in bedroom it not working and when I ask them for to fix it it didin´t get so I gave up ... why can bars have good tv and conditions but in hotel its like in the 70´ ... if it rains then the tv gets scrambled. the room it self is very good with good bathroom and good kitchen and living room. the bathroom has a great shower and Bathtub with massage in the end I hate seeing people just hanging in their phones

Rooms are nice and big. Security guards at the entrance are the only friendly people. The minimart sells literally crap and food is average at best.

Nice place, family suite apartment is clean and comfortable. Facilities are good. Reception staff are below average with poor English and barely motivated attitude, exception to the manager who was professional, helpful and spoke decent English. Cleaning staff were excellent. Good spot if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing, however there is zero vibe or social interaction, this seems to be due to the 90% Chinese clientele on high turnover with large tour groups coming and going.

Отель неплохой. Комнаты просторные, с кухней, балконом. Минус для нас был в том, что не весь персонал разговаривал на английском. Район тоже не совсем удобный, пешком практически никуда не дойдёшь, при выходе из отеля нужно идти по автомобильной дороге без тротуаров! На завтраках каждый день толпы китайцев, но для нас это не минус. В целом от отеля остались впечатления на 4.

Nice stay. Breakfast was ok. Maybe I was to picky but I love Thai food. Just wasn’t that great there. Overall everyone was very helpful and the place was clean.

Big rooms but terrible staff

Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day but not the best cleaning, cobwebs with spiders still in the room after cleaning. Its a nice development with swimming pools and a small gym, unfortunately the kids room is just the room with a few toys and lots of mosquitos. The worst thing is the personnel, they dont care about customers, i had a bad experience every day, once when we extended the stay, we paid via expedia, but the reception ladies asked us to pay again to them in cash! When there is a problem with anything, dont expect anybody to help, the only thing they can do is say "sorry for the inconvenience". The only good thing was a few nice people at breakfast who tried their best and were very nice! Breakfast is disappointing as well, every day the same things, many trays empty and not refilled.

Wonderful Room! But avoid the breakfast if you can

Great room, nice view. Big space. Value for money. Bad: lot of Chinese tourist make breakfast a war zone. Breakfast food was 2/5, better to skip. Some parts of the room starting to show age. You also need a car because there is nothing within walking distance around

Beautiful place

Although this hotel was a sight for soar eyes, we were disappointed. The pool was amazing but when we ordered food from the pool bar it was terrible. They had a list of drinks, but turned out could only make rum or vodka sodas and or beer. The location was far from everything. After a long walk though the property, We paid 400baht to get to phuket town and getting a taxi on the street was difficult...through the hotel it was 800B. We were told of a strip near by for more variety of food it was hard to find and only one restaurant as far as we could tell. That is not to say it was horrible all the way through. We had come from a bad hotel so it was clean and beautiful. The art was amazing everywhere in the suit building and all over the rooms. The pool was huge and blue and clean with seahorse fountains everywhere. The staff was friendly and smily... the front desk was pretty good with English. Beautiful place Bad location

Terrible staff, I went with a broken foot, and they slammed me around in wheelchair, with no care what so ever!!! They also laughed about it in front of my face. They don't speak English, room service is very hard to get, you can only pay cash, make sure to have cash on you. If you need a taxi, as the complex is on a main road away from shops, they tell you, you can only use their shuttle taxi which is about 3 x the amount of a normal taxi, they REFUSE TO CALL YOU A TAXI, so you need to download GRAB TAXI if you would like to pay normal fee. They are rude and very unprofessional. Food at bar was DISGUSTING!!!! I have never had such a bad experience with a place to stay. Highly recommend against this place to stay.

Will not book again

Room was ok but the bed was not comfortable and made noise every time you move. Went to the restaurant and waited for service, girl was playing with her phone behind the counter, had to get up and pick up menu. No one at the front desk could speak English. Not recommending.
