One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was great with a stunning view and sunset, pool was warm, breakfast good. Kamala town was only a few minutes (and 200baht) in a taxi and lots of choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Pool is huge. Room is clean. My parents got an ocean view room and the view was fantastic. The location is a bit far from other Phuket popular area but this is factored in with the price. It is nice and quiet . The beach is not swimmable though.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever encountered. From our warm welcome at check-in to our departure, they made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, with an incredible pool and breathtaking views overlooking the beach. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the outstanding customer service. Since it was our first time in Thailand, the staff went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations, arranging transportation around the resort, providing excellent room service, and making breakfast a wonderful experience each morning. Everything was truly five-star. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort and would absolutely stay here again!
