You feel welcome and pampered from the time you get your welcome drink at check in and they arrange for a take you to the airport. Lovely room with plenty of jw marriott’s well known amenities. The property has lush tropical gardens to walk through, you can visit the sea turtles, dine at very good restaurants. We enjoyed Ginja Taste and Cucina. Every staff member was welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Fabulous buffet with so many tropical fruit choices, french butter, honey from the honeycomb, asian and western choices. Lots of activities. The acquatic tai chi class was wonderful. The wide variety of pools including the adults only pool was very much appreciated.

The property is vast, and its rooms are big. It's terrific that there is an adult section only for the pool, and kids have a special pool for a lot of fun. Breakfast is a wonderful treat. There is enough variety, but the quality is good. And there are many organised activities which one can do.

This review is for the amazing staff at the Marriott. While the property itself is beautiful and serene, the team's exceptional care and personal touches made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. They showed incredible empathy and support when we had to leave early due to a family emergency. A special thanks to Hitesh Khantnani and the Marriot team for the kindness. We had such a wonderful and memorable experience that we're already returning for another vacation soon.
