The mattress is hard that we can feel the springs during our sleep. This was rectified on our second nite, thankfully. TV reception is not good … not clear, unlike the HD resolution of others.

DONT BOOK HERE!!!! WARNING!!! Called Expedia every other day to see if they could help me get out of this property and they weren’t able to help. I flew over 20 hours to go to Thailand and book this hotel based off of the amenities and photos. Pool is dirty and there is not a rooftop bar. They are using old pictures from six years ago and I have told Expedia that but they still have this property on here. Mattress feels like a boxspring, and if you don’t have a room with the balcony, you’re going to feel like you’re in jail I have so much more I have to say, but I’m over it and may have to deal with it legally.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca 400 Meter von der Bangla Road und 1000 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber mit super Liegen. Leider hatte die Bar am Pool nicht offen. Das Zimmer ist für die Patong Umgebung gut. Leider war der Hotelsafe nicht nutzbar - ein zweiter Hotelsafe wurde eingebaut - man hätte diesen jedoch ohne viel Kraftaufwand aus dem Schrank reißen und mitnehmen können. Die Betten sind extrem hart - für mich aber ok gewesen. Im Badezimmer gab es den ein oder anderen Defekt - welcher jedoch zeitnah behoben wurde. Alles in allem empfehlenswert wenn man nicht auf Luxus steht. Umgebung ist extrem belebt, jedoch ist das Zimmer in eine ruhige Sackgasse gemündet.

Excellent with a minor problem

I have stayed at Patong Hemingways for many years now, and I have always found everything about this Hotel to be superb. But on this occasion my room was downgraded but without any discount. Not a huge concern, just a little disappointing, especially when the Hotel was not booked out. I would not hesitate to stay there again, but would hope for a better outcome on getting what you pay for.

The hotel is ideal for the nightlife which is only two minutes walk and for jungceylon centre only a minute more also the location is very quiet for noise.The staff are great and do the most to make the stay A1. Quality towels and bedding changed every day and for the cost i would highly recommend this hotel....

Affordable,clean, great location,good staff

This is my go to hotel in Patong. It is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and professional. It is walking distance to the Mall and to Walking Street. The wi fi worked really well. Roof top pool is nice. I highly recommend the hotel though I wouldn’t include the breakfast

Good location Has swimming pool + bar Restaurant has a good selection,had an evening meal that was nice,did not have breakfast Staff are friendly and informative Stayed in deluxe room,which was spacious,had small balcony Bathroom is small but ok,shower pressure ok Very little noise from outside Can book tours and has a taxi service,which l used for the airport Overall a good stay and would recommend this hotel for families,couples or solo travelers

A number of things left a lot to be desired. Maintenance poor, 4 issues reported, only two attended too. Had lunch at the pool, food was simply unrecognisable as chicken cashew nuts. The bar at the pool ran out of tequila. The room has cockroaches and the balcony was too small to sit out. Wi-fi worse than poor the only area with reasonable strength was the pool. Room kept dropping out.
