Completely renovated in June 2023, great design, look fresh and modern, luxurious , comfortable , great vacation stay for family and friend group or a couple , located in Rawai in a nice area with many attraction place, a few minutes distance to beautiful beach.

Villa Details
-Fully Furnished Kitchen
- Cosy Living room
- 3 grand bedrooms with Air-conditiontion and king size bed
- 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 guest toilet
- Private Swimming Pool
- Terrace on the first floor
- Big terrace on the roof top floor with sun beds
- Greenery tropical garden corner.
- Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Wifi, Safety box , TV + Cable, DVD

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

It was great!

Super duper clean and comfortable villa. It's huge too, a pity only 2 of us stayed there. Even though location is far from the nearest town, it is very peaceful and quiet.
