Terrible

Toilet seat broken. Water yellowish, room badly sewerage smell. Complaint only given next day as fully occupied. TV set not in room, have to call reception, they shock why not there. Otherwise during checkout, I might have to pay for this missing set.. Quite run down, furniture dusty.

Room just as in pics. Great size and spotless clean and staff all very friendly and helpful. Close to all the major shopping, bars and clubs but not so close that you're kept awake by the noise at night. Big thanks to all the staff for the wonderful stay

Disappointing Experience

I had very disappointing experience there. This is quite clear because of two reasons. 1. I arrived Hotel for check-in and there was no staff or any memo on reception. I had waited more than 10min and started looking for staff myself. Obviously there was no staff in entire building so I went hotel next to and asked help and they let me check-in. How come I haven't got any pre-information about this??? 2. There was no hair dryer in my room so next day I ask for it at reception. They asked me back why there is no hair dryer. How I know because there is no!!! One staff let me to go back my room and wait. Then I had to wait 20 min for nothing. I went back to reception and they said they do not have one so they cannot help me. They could say that from the begining instead of wasting my time. I am Hotels.com gold member and I've been to many hotels and this is my first time writing bad review because it was really horrible experience for me.

Kiváló hotel. A főt mellett kb 40 méterre, így kellemes távolságra a zajtól. A hotel tiszta, igényes. Megfelelő. Rendkívül közel a központhoz, kb 4 percre az utcától a Bangla Road-tól. Kellemesen csendes, de a bulizáshoz is tökéletes közelséghez. A szájában 2 piac is, és 1000 étterem. Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Nice and Cheap

Nice cheap place to stay for a night or two while you hang out in Patong. The pool is nice, rooms are clean, and you're a two-minute walk from Bangla Road. The bed was comfortable, and the food and drinks in the restaurant/bar were good. Not a place to bring a family or stay for your honeymoon. Come with your girlfriend, friends, or solo.

Great Budget Hotel

It was my first stay at the Ex Pat Center. My room was very clean and good size, I stayed there for 14 nights. My Biggest complaint is there is very little water pressure in the shower. I went to the pool on Level 8 for a swim and had a cold shower every day, I stayed on Level 2. The Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices on the menu, (Not Buffet). Only 10 minute walk to Bangla Rd and the Beach, plenty of places to eat and bars 2 minutes away. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel close to shopping , beach , restaurants

Its a good and friendly hotel , in a quiet street , close to banzaan foodmarket , jung ceylon and bangla road , the hotel Expat sport center you come as a stranger but you leave it as a friend :-) thanks to the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning lady , staff in restaurant is verry good with english language :-) check out 18.00 and they didnt ask for extra money :-)

繁華街の近くでも静かな環境の小さなホテル

11泊 ひとり旅、気取った感じが全く無く フロアはカウンターバーになって従業員もフレンドリー、 ヨーロッパ人が多めで 会話も楽しめる。 部屋は狭くは無く 設備は料金相当かも。極普通でしょうか。 屋上に小さめのプール 子供用程度。

Broken AC, flooded shower, loud cleaning staff

I stayed here twice. The first time was ok, the second was a disaster. I checked in late and passed out only to wake up drenched in sweat cause the AC was broken. There was no staff in the middle of the night so I tried to bear through it. I couldn't sleep so I tried to take a shower to cool off but within 5 mins the entire bathroom was flooded and spilling out to the hallway. I waited til morning and asked to switch rooms. They said it was fully occupied and they couldn't. Eventually after complaining more they switched rooms. It was a downgrade but at least the AC and shower worked. You don't have to worry about noise from the street since it is backed away, but the cleaning staff are obnoxiously loud with their talking to each other and on the phone. They seem to start on the lower floors at around 8am and work their way up so if you want to sleep in stay on the higher floors. Of course, they ignore the do not disturb signs completely.

Hôtel bien situé, sauf un côté de l’hotel Qui est au dessus des poubelles, mon amie était fumeuse et il était impossible d’ouvrir le balcon ne serait-ce que pour aéré. Si vous avez une chambre du bon côté de l’hotel C’est vraiment un bon hôtel, sinon c’est pas top
