I can’t even begin to express how amazing this place is to stay. We stayed in one of the treehouses and it felt like we were in a fairytale land. Highly recommend staying here. Staff was lovely. Food was fantastic.

Everything about this property screams luxury and relaxation. It was quiet, clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We kept saying “wow they are so attentive here”. Everything we needed, the staff put together for us which made our vacation so easy and allowed us to truly just relax and enjoy our trip. 100/10 recommend.

My wife and I have just returned from a one-week stay at TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao, and I can say without any doubt that it was the best resort holiday we've ever experienced. From the advance transfer planning from Krabi airport to the marina, then across to the resort by boat, to settling into our beachfront villa, to every experience we enjoyed over the course of the week, the TreeHouse Villas team handled every part of our stay with 5-star service and care. Throughout our week, we often reflected on the calmness of each day and how a single day felt like it was slowing down time. Welcomed by the beautiful setting of the resort on Koh Yao Noi Island, you very easily settle into a tropical, peaceful part of the world and call it home for your stay. The guest villas are beyond belief in design, comfort, and experience. Everything you could need and more is carefully designed into them, with so many added comforts that they are too many to list. The management team and staff are truly the secret sauce that brings the whole luxury resort experience together. They represent the true spirit of the resort, and you can enjoy your stay knowing such a kind, caring, and accommodating team is there to make it everything you expect, and more. A heartfelt thank you to Urs, Alex, Benoit, Farn, Pan, Nah, Joy, Zhen, and the entire TreeHouse Villas team. We will not soon forget our stay with you, and we certainly look forward to planning a return visit.

Our stay at TreeHouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi was truly the best experience—like something out of a dream. Choosing this place was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. This place has left such a mark on us that we’ve already made it a promise to come back again and again. It’s a stay we will never forget.

For me I loved the uniqueness of the villas. When I saw it I said I HAVE TO STAY THERE. 😁 They have 2 hotels and several places to eat at both. There's a nice private beach where they have multiple activities. Really great time here.

If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, the staff was amazing. On property you can get a massage and unwind, they also have an organic garden where they grill most of the vegetables, etc. The food was amazing.
