"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. Området...

"The place and room were fine, but although the room was properly cleaned, the living room wall was totally filthy and it made the whole room feel a quite filthy too. The pool area was nice, but there were only a few sunbeds - why? Also I missed some chairs on the balcony, there was nothing. But overall a nice stay."
