"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are good, typical Cambodian style spaces. I like that. Be sure to get a low floor room as the roof has a nightclub that gets pretty loud. The restaurant has good food and particularly good coffee. Very reasonable prices too. Yeah, brkfst doesn’t come with the room, but the price of the meal is totally cheap for the quality food. The hotel is just about one block to the east of the big central roundabout. Really close to the river too."

" We booked for 4 nights. There were 0 other guests. No lake, just pool. Restaurant far far away from bungalows. Out 6 meals only one available. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE OR THE OTHER ONE AT THE " LAKE ". "

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."
