「It’s a new hotel, the staff was excellent and so were the rooms, they were nice and spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. If I came back, here would be my first choice.」

「飯店服務台夜班「女」服務生態度很差，出示了訂房代碼，也一再表示已經付清全額費用，但因文很差的「她」一直說沒有收到訂房通知，不讓我們入住。最後是打國際電話請北京的Hotels.com辦公室人員代為處理，過程中讓人無奈又氣憤！因為女服務生一直翻白眼，又很凶，好像我們是騙子一樣！」

「A brand new hotel in the centre close to nice coffee shops. Even though our room faced the street opposite a restaurant it was amazingly quiet. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would have been nice to have some jam with the bread. But otherwise a good selection. Staff were pleasant and friendly. They organised us a pick up from the station as we arrived late. Would definitely recommend.」
