"The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently. The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. Big patio doors are nice but a tad heavy to open. The rooms are well cleaned each day. The restaurant is ok. The bar is nice and the barman particularly good. "The staff were great nice and friendly. The room was ok but it should state if there are 2 adults and 2 children you need to pay for extra beds as the rooms don’t accomodate what is stated. The resort is nice but because the majority of visitors are Russian everything is Russian dominated even when talking to entertainment staff they talk to you in Russian. We stayed for New year which was lovely the food was amazing the entertainment was ok as again even the music was Russian. The pools were...
