“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einfacher Ablauf des Check-in und Check-out. Super Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und auch der See und die Altstadt sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Umgebung ruhig. Die Kissen sind leider sehr sehr dünn. Man hätte bestimmt drei Stück übereinander legen müssen, um eine normale Höhe zu erreichen - wirklich ein Hauch von nichts. Ausserdem haben irgendwelche Leitungen in der Zimmerwand die ganze Nacht unüberhörbar gegurgelt.”

“Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind extrem hart und in der Küche ist kleinen Esstisch und unbequeme Stühle. Leider waren wir von der Lage enttäuscht: Sie befindet sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, und es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren im August in Angera und ich muss sagen, die Stadt wirkt wenig touristisch – am Abend ist fast alles geschlossen.”

"I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and napkins ourselves) and food ran out frequently. The whole experience felt like the hotel seriously underestimates and disrespects its guests. Not recommended."

"The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center.
