The Price includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
The Price does not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per week or part of week/animal),
- Tourist tax not required.
Villa Agostini is a traditional, two-storey farmhouse set in the hills of the Montefeltro area, close to the border between Le Marche and Tuscany. Renovated in keeping with typical country style, the villa has plenty of rustic character with its wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls. Surrounded by fields, woodland and distant hills, this villa offers ample space for relaxed holidays, accommodating up to ten guests in five bedrooms. A well-tended garden surrounds the villa and is set up for leisurely days together. Dine al fresco under the covered portico on one side of the house or head to the swimming pool on the opposite side, bordered by lawn and hedge, with sun loungers and a paved solarium. A pergola with lounge seating provides a shaded space for drinks together by the pool.

Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors, connected internally and externally. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into a lounge area with TV; kitchen overlooking the garden and pool area; one double bedroom; one bathroom with shower and washing machine, suitable for guests with reduced mobility. FIRST FLOOR – Living room with fireplace; four double bedrooms; one bathroom with bathtub; One bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms
Park:
The garden covers approximately 3,000 sqm, with large areas of lawn and hedges separating different outdoor spaces. A covered portico beside the villa is furnished for outdoor dining, while a pergola with lounge furniture overlooks the pool area. The garden is planted with roses, lavender, jasmine, and Mediterranean herbs. An automatic gate leads to an outdoor parking area for up to five cars.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located a few metres from the villa on the opposite side of the entrance. Irregular in shape and waterfall feature; measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; PVC lining; access via internal steps; chlorine purification; internal and external lighting. The solarium is paved in stone and surrounded by lawn and hedges; sunbeds and an outdoor shower are provided. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
