“We enjoyed our overnight stay in this beautiful town. The hotel was very central, we were provided a map on arrival and given clear parking instructions. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate in a lovely light room. Staff all helpful and polite.”

“La propriété est magnifique dans un endroit extremement calme, en pleine nature , propice au repos. C'est un endroit ideal aussi pour la visite de la région. Entre la montagne avec ses magnifiques villages et belles randonnées ou la mer. La maison est grande et spacieuse. La propriété est immense et chacun peut y trouver un endroit pour s'y reposer. Je conseille vivement cette location. ”

“Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……

“Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à……

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14……

“Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der „Casa Oleandra“ in Gualdo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Gail war unkompliziert und sie hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Kleine Problemchen wurden sofort und unbürokratisch gelöst.Das Haus bietet wirklich alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles entspricht den Beschreibungen. Ganz besonders haben wir den tollen Pool genossen, der sehr gepflegt ist und zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde.Die Lage……

“Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch. Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre und ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, aber machbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für Leute, die Ruhe und Natur lieben.”

“ Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! Noch einen schönen Gruß an unsere netten Vermieter Jacky und John”

“We highly recommend this spacious, clean, completely updated and modernized apartment in the very heart of Ascoli Picena, in the Marche region of Italy. The host, Alessio, is prompt in responding and super helpful with everything from parking to restaurant recommendations.
