“Let's just start by saying the hotel was not a 5star hotel. But it's not priced as such. I was very happy with what I got for the $ I paid. I wanted and needed a cheap bed for the night and that's exactly what I got. The rood was basic but clean. Again all I wanted. The staff on the front desk was extremely helpful, again exactly what I needed. The parking was perfect all be it, I found it difficult to work out how to open the gate :-(. That was probably more my fault than anyones.

“This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar.
