The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable.

Staff was extremely unfriendly when checking in, was rude at first and then became nice after some time. The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Staff was unsure how to turn on the hallway light.

Everything didn’t go well you guys really need to upgrade and update this place. This is not a hotel. This is a 2.0 motel. Sorry to be so rude and abrupt however, horrible horrible horrible will never ever stay here at this place again ever

The stay was average overall. Internet service was weak (had to stand at the door for a signal), and there was no hot water during our one-night stay. We were charged an additional fee for a third guest, our daughter, which was unexpected, as other hotels usually do not inquire about the number of guests especially if the room sleeps 4. There was an old odor to the corridors and a bit of the room. Washcloths were not initially provided and had to be requested. We turned the pre-historic tv on just to see what was on however the signal was as expected. On the positive side, it is located very close to the airport, the complimentary shuttle service was prompt and reliable. Breakfast was prepared to order with minimal wait time, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Very quiet hotel. Overall, the service from the staff was pleasant, but the amenities and room readiness need improvement to match expectations. For a solo traveler without the need for internet or tv, the experience may be more suitable.

The water in the faucets and toilets were very brown. Even if the water is running for a period of time...it continues to spitting out brown. In addition the coffee maker was not working. When called for a replacement the guest service indicated we would need to wait until the morning for the staff member who could provide a new machine to come in. Also, none jof the numbers in the telephone to call front desk works. The halls were dark. The lighting is poor.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly. We arrived at 8pm and the first room smelled damp and moldy. She switched the room and it was much better. Unfortunately the shower water never got hot and remained luke warm even after running it for a while. Also the water from the sink was brown at times so we used the bottle water in the room to brush our teeth. It was only one night and by the time we saw the issues we were too tired to ask for another room change. I took the airport shuttle and the security guard drove the shuttle. He did not assist me with my bags. The hotel seemed understaffed and under maintained despite the surface appearance.
