“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”

“It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.”

“We like this hotel very much.To choose right and good hotel would enhance travel expenses.we feel the hotel's staff knows what you need and serve more than you expect. Try your best to stay with them. You wound get what you expect.”

“服務差，條件差。”

“great and spacious room, with very nice lake view. excellent service.”

“Exceptional service - attentive, honest, responsive staff. Restaurant very pricy, but room service more affordable and delicious. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but with a little adventure you can get down to the center of Lugano.”

“We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“The breakfast was excellent, however there was neither fridge nor kettle in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable.”

“離市中心有點遠，但沿湖風景秀麗，步行反而是一種享受。”

“Perfect location as it is closed to train station, only 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy room with air-conditioned which is not common in Switzerland. ”

“酒店很好，特别是早餐，非常丰富”

“We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are……

“Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.”
