"We stayed in Premium Studio Suite which is a corner unit. Loved the three big windows and the balconies which faced two different streets. The room was clean, bright, and modern. The location was excellent, just a ten minute walk from the train station. So many restaurants in the area. Definitely would stay here again."

"Clean room, lovely shower, comfortable bed. Poor amenities - 1 tea bag - decaf, no milk, asked for more and it took 45 mins to be given just 1 extra tea bag and a jug of milk. Check in to room was not available on time. Would not stay here again for the price! "

"Gem of a find! Heartfelt thanks to Elisa and Simon who were the perfect hosts! This place is only 5 mins walk from La Spezia train station and a great base to explore Cinque Terre and the islands. 10 mins walk from the apartment and you reach the pier to take the boat to Portovenere. The rooms are big, beautiful and very clean. Spacious bathroom well maintained and clean. Housekeeping and change of towels is once every 2 days. The apartment is housed inside a building where locals live, so you get a taste of local life. We absolutely loved our room and had the best stay, Elisa was always available on WhatsApp and we enjoyed their company! Yes, Simon you are the best :) we look forward to coming back!"

"Great location near the train station to visit Cinque Terre. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet. We stayed before we went and stayed a few nights in Monterosso and then stayed another night before taking the train to Naples on the way to Sorrento. Very convenient and clean!"
