“The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. ”

Der Senior ist Hansdampf in allen Gassen und ein Vorbild für die sehr engagierten Mitarbeiter.
Topsauber, tolles aussergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet.
Das Zimmer mit direkten Blick aufs Meer ist sehr klein - aber mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Wegen des kleinen Zimmers ein Punkt Abzug, sonst wären da durchgehend 5 Sterne angebracht.”

“Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer.
We were able to take out the free bikes to explore jesolo which was great!
Room size was a bit small for the price. Otherwise the service, breakfast, drinks were all top notch.

“This hotel is a dream come true. We were sad that we didn't get time to use all of the facilities, because it was a quick layover for our flight home from Italy. The place is immaculate, parking was easy, and the beach is right there! We were treated like gold by every staff member we met. Most spoke English, which was an asset relative to our rudimentary Italian (we can order lattes and ask where the bathroom is located). Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday! I can see us coming back in……

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good.
The only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise from the hallway late at night. The sound wasn’t well insulated, which unfortunately woke us up. This is of course not the staff’s fault, but it was a pity that our sleep was disturbed.”

“Hotel liegt ca 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Meerblick und schönem Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Damen von der Rezeption. Der einzige Punkt der uns nicht gefallen hat war dass der Frühstücksraum sehr eng bestuhlt war und sich dadurch kein Wohlbefinden eingestellt hat. Ständig wurde man angerempelt oder musste sich während dem Frühstück am Tisch zur Seite beugen weil jemand sehr……
