"Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours.
Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port.

"Lovely hotel to stay in right in the heart of a busy part of Naples. Easy to walk to so many popular spots. Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! The hotel was lovely, staff lovely, accommodation was very comfortable! Would definitely revisit. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The staff were very helpful and made suggestions wherever possible. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the hotel is near to everything so meeting tour guides, getting the best pizza and being near the train station - all positive."

"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "This was our second time at the Bellini. Everything there is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. A great neighborhood with access to all the central monuments. A+ from us!"

Hotel is situated right in the middle of street market district - there are hundreds of shops selling naples touristy items all around. Very busy area! Naples is generally quite dirty and looks quite intimidating when you first arrive but it is safe as long as you follow guidelines to not get pickpocketed in a crowd. We walked around day and night with no problems. Hotel is in a secured courtyard off the main shopping street. Taxi will drop you a couple minutes walk away ( no cars allowed in that street) Once inside the hotel is really clean and new and quiet! The rooftop terrace is nice to have a look out over Naples. Staff are extremely helpful and constantly trying to please. Bed very confortable! We loved our stay here."
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
