「We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm.
On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but...

「Staff was the best. Free breaksast was a win. Balcony overlooks Piazza but that means many people making noise late at night. Many resaurants close by and some shopping very close. Rooms are nice a little dated but that has its own charm. We enjoyed immensely. Bring an adventurous spirit!」

「Stayed Feb 6 to Feb 11. We had a fantastic experience. The rooms were nice with all the basic amenities including balcony with city view. The location is in the center of all museums and activities. The bar/cafe Bruno around the corner was wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. There was a convenience store around the corner as well and atm. The reception desk was always reachable with questions and you could also whatsapp them. They were very accomodating when our flight...
