「Excellent location in the heart of centro storico The location couldn’t be better to explore all city centre and beyond walking. Staff was lovely and very helpful with suggestions for bars and restaurants which were really good. 」

Had difficulty with the off site staff finding the cost of the shuttle versus taxi service from airport and which they would recommend for a woman traveling alone. By time I decided on the shuttle (30 euro) it was not available. The first official taxi quoted triple this amount which I refused. Did find a driver that did it for 30 euro but dropped me off 1/2 block from B&B. Signage at entrance not easy to see. Once inside again...

We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

「Our room smelled like sewage - it was also VERY loud - although they provided ear plugs, I wished it had been somewhere so we were prepared. The location is cool if you are there for the party scene - it wasn’t ideal with kids. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.」

「It was nothing special and I prefer this hotel if you are only staying a night. The room was very small and we couldn't even open the suitcase. It felt like a love hotel to us and we didn't really enjoy it much. With the similar price we had a way better hotel quality in other places in Italy. The staffs were helpful though.」

Prior to arrival he messaged us and was prompt and happy to assist via WhatsApp. Giovanni made is feel very welcome, and provided all the necessary information regarding our stay and the room facilities. We were very lucky to be offered an earlier check in as the room had been vacated early and was promptly prepared for our arrival. This was above and beyond and we certainly appreciated the offer.
