Was hidden behind the large green garage doors. Key pad on the left to call the front desk. Enter through the man door. Felt very secure. Room was clean and large. Located right next to the metro station to get around easier. Was a great stay

Loved this old building and stayed in two different rooms- the suite was fantastic. Perfectly located, although the bars below were rather lively during the World Cup. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Ideal for the old town, and the Metro is on the square, right in front of the Hotel. Getting in the small door in the evening could be a problem if you are very large! We will come back here when next in Naples!

We were in Naples for only one night, and this turned out to be the perfect place! Huge rooms, great location for walkability to many areas of town, and close proximity to the airport for a mid morning departure. The staff were fantastic and took the time to mark up a map of where everything was and how to walk there. That was a great touch even in the day of maps on phones. It gave us a very good general sense of where we were in relation to what we wanted to do for the afternoon and evening.

Highly recommend! Staff was very friendly and responsive via What’s app and Expedia messages. Naples has a reputation for being dangerous but the area felt very safe to us. If this is a concern for you, you go through 3 sets of heavy locking doors to get to your suite. The hotel is located right on the M subway line which we found very easy to use to get to Pompeii. The piazza has lots of good food options and was bustling with life well into the night (but the space was well-insulated to sound so this was not disruptive at all).

The property was clean and well maintained. The proper management was very kind and helpful. The breakfast provided each morning was a great. The air conditioning was set at a great temperature so o did not have to adjust anything. Would love to stay again. I did not have a charger compatible for my phone and asked management where I could obtain one. Ten minutes later management showed up at my door with 3 different versions. Thanks a lot you saved the day.

Excellent location! Metro is in the same as hotel . Walkable to everything in the city ! Clean and such a cute boutique hotel . Staff is amazing , sat down with us with map and show us everything to see and mapped it out ! Very customer service oriented ,room wasn’t ready for our early am arrival and let us into room to change and freshen up after a transatlantic flight ! Would def stay here and recommend this hotel !
