“The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below.

“Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Naples, chez Gemma, hôte très accueillante, aux petits soins pour ses invités, toujours joignable, et qui parle très bien français.
Naples est une ville bouillonnante et très bruyante mais une fois dans notre chambre, nous étions au calme !

“Our family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the Università metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. “My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. There was also a kitchen located down the hall, which is especially very handy when traveling with kids.
